Nick has been a life-long resident of Winona. During his
college years in Montana he majored in Music. He has been involved with
may area bands and continues to play on occasion.
Nick has been in the real estate business for over 35 years. He received
the Winona Area Realtor of the Year Award in 1992 and has continued to
be one of Edina Realty's top agents.
He and his wife, Lori, own rental property in the Winona area.
Nick is involved in the Rotary Club, YMCA and his church Board of Trustees.
He has 3 wonderful children. Kate at Iowa State University, Jenny at
Minnesota State University - Mankato, and Jason a junior at Winona Senior
High School.
His hobbies include golfing, music, and a passion for collector cars. |

DeAnne Forsythe was born and raised in Winona. After graduating
from college she moved to Alabama for five years to continue her career
in the medical field.
In 1998 she moved back to Winona and started her career in real estate.
In 2002, she was awarded Winona Area Realtor of the year. She continues
to be one of the top producting real estate agents in Winona.
DeAnne is married to a wonderful man, Mark, and has two step children,
Melissa and Erik. She also has her best companion Kirby, a German
Shepherd.
DeAnne is involved with Habitat For Humanity and various other real
estate activities. In her free time DeAnne enjoys family time, golfing,
exercising, camping and vacationing. Oh, and we cannot forget shopping! |
